Based on the atmospheric dust experiment, researches the contaminant air exchange caused by the temperature difference while opening the door of isolation wards. Concludes that the undesired effect of temperature difference could not be eliminated just by the negative pressure difference between adjacent rooms, that the contaminant air exchange would increase about 50% in the temperature difference of 2 ℃ than that in the temperature difference of 0 ℃, and that such contamination could be reduced to about 1/31~1/16 with the help of buffer rooms.
